For standard locations across mainland Singapore, there are no additional travel fees. A flat rate of $100 applies for locations that are less accessible (e.g. not reachable by transport, require long walking distances, or areas like Sentosa).

For Signature Story, our turnaround time is 5-6 weeks. This allows us to carefully select and edit each image, ensuring consistent quality throughout your gallery.

If you need your photos sooner, a rush option is available at $150 for a 5 day turnaround after shoot date.

Yes, you’ll be given 48 hours to select your preferred images before your gallery is finalised and delivered. Print and album timelines will begin once your selections are submitted. To avoid delays in printing, please send in your choices within the given timeframe.

We don’t provide RAW files as they are unprocessed and don’t reflect our final quality and style. We deliver all the best edited images from your session, including candid in between moments. Once your gallery is ready, you can take your time to go through it and choose the photos that resonate most with you.

The Signature Story package is designed for outdoor or at home sessions for family, little ones’ birthdays, focusing on bonds and natural interactions.

If you're looking at newborn session, it will be under the Newborn package, as it includes wraps and detailed shots that the Signature Story does not. Each package is tailored for a specific type of session to help you prepare and know what to expect.

Absolutely. If your event runs longer or you’d like more behind the scenes moments and a fuller story of the day, you can opt for the “A Day to Remember” package, which offers half day (5 HR) coverage.

Yes, reschedule is allowed. Rescheduling to Sundays or Public Holidays will require an additional fee of $80.

To secure and prioritise your session slot, a 50% retainer is required upon booking. The remaining balance can be paid anytime up to 3 weeks before your session date.

For last minute bookings made less than 1 month before the session, full payment will be required to confirm your booking.
